Established in 1998 as a private, non-public, non-profit religious school registered with the State of Pennsylvania Department of Education and governed by a board of directors and clergy advisory board, our school provides a unique educational experience, integrating developmentally appropriate materials and activities with creative experiences rooted in the Orthodox Christian ethos, all of which seek to encourage the growth of the child in the image and likeness of God.
A caring community of devoted Orthodox clergy, teachers and families with strong support and gentle guidance fosters the full development of God-given talents and capacities, as well as supporting and nurturing the sacred innocence and dignity of each child. T.H.E.O.S. is committed to educating the whole child for a holy life, believing that healthy spiritual formation and high educational ideals are essential to a Christ-centered life.
